After the migration to the new software name we release the first version of GRITS Toolbox (version 0.9.8). As the version number indicates that is not a full release more like a beta version of GRITS. The software has the functionality of SimianTools but also includes the first version of the integrated annotation routine, called GELATO. The version can be downloaded in our download section.
