This will allow for a better understanding and reproducability of the experiment. The experiment is described as a series of protocols applied to the sample. For each protocol as set of information can be provided:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name of the protocol<\/li>\n<li>Description, References to webpages and papers describing the protocol<\/li>\n<li>Parameters that highlight the exact configuration of the protocol as part of this experiment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The experiment description can be extorted as WORD or PDF report.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"border: 0px solid; width: 100%; clear: both; height: 319px;\">\n<p><a name=\"archive\" href=\"http:\/\/www.grits-toolbox.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/feature-archive.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-335\" title=\"Screenshot of the document archive in GRITS Toolbox\" src=\"http:\/\/www.grits-toolbox.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/feature-archive.png\" alt=\"feature-archive\" width=\"450\" height=\"314\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"position: relative; top: 50%; transform: translateY(-50%); margin-left: 470px;\">\n<h4>Document and email archive<\/h4>\n<p>Any file can be archived together with the metadata and data as part of a project or as part of a sample. Examples for files that can be attached are: reports, papers, other experimental data, images etc. For each file additional searchable information can be provided:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>type of the file<\/li>\n<li>a general description of the file content<\/li>\n<li>a list of keyword<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition the document archive also allows to archive emails as part of the project.
